Payment
A non refundable deposit
of £50.00 is required when placing your order.

Full payment is required
8 weeks before your stationery is required. The order
will not be despatched until payment has been received. |
|
|
There is a minimum total
order value of £150. |
|
|
Any amendments required after
the final printing has taken place will result in a surcharge. |
|
|
Prices are subject to change.
However, once a deposit for an order has been taken if
the standard prices for the chosen products change your
prices will remain unaltered. |

|
Your Responsibility
You must authorise a proof
for all items of stationery we produce for you. We
cannot be held responsible for any errors in the proof
once signed by you.
|
|
|
You must return proofs as
quickly as possible. If you do not return them by the date
requested this could result in a delay in your stationery. |
|
|
You are responsible for providing
full details as requested on the Wedding Details form
and for the menu, order of service and table plan layout. |
|
|
If you have a table plan
it is your responsibilty for ensuring that the venue have
an easel or appropriate method of displaying it. |
|
|
Design Quality
As the stationery is handmade
there will be slight variations in each card.
|
|
|
Delivery
There is a postage and
packaging charge of £8.50 for each order within
the UK. If a Table Plan is ordered with stationery
the postage and packaging charge is £15.00. Additional
postage and packaging is payable if items are requested
by you to be delivered separately.

As the stationery is handmade
please allow 8 weeks for delivery from return of the accepted
proof and full payment. |

|
If you require your stationery
in a quicker timescale than the above we may be able to
accomodate this if you discuss with us. Please note this
will incur a surcharge. |

Copyright and design rights
of all items produced by the ivory card company remain
the property of the ivory card company

|
Cancellation
Should you cancel your
order with us we reserve the right to retain any monies
received. If it is less than 8 weeks to the date you
have requested your stationery the full payment may
be due dependant on the amount of work carried out/materials
ordered.
